Founder & Lead Strategist

Andrew Davies is the founder and lead strategist at Orchestrate AI. 

Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Information Systems. He started his career at PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a Management Consultant - Technology Strategy. 

Andrew has founded and led several start-ups, and has run established businesses across multiple geographies involved in Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecoms, Consumer platforms, Media and Commercial Property.

He’s raised significant capital as a founder and non-executive director, with multiple successful exits to listed companies in Singapore and the US.   He has also served on the boards of a number of companies most recently Sweepsouth (a home service platform) and Alignd (a managed care company).

With over 20 years of experience founding and scaling technology and data-driven ventures Andrew brings deep commercial, product and technology insight into every engagement.

At Orchestrate AI, he helps executive teams cut through the hype running tailored workshops, identifying strategic AI opportunities, and guiding execution via quarterly-governed, methodology-driven plans.
